Crust:

Half Cup Corn Meal
Half Cup Flour
Third Cup Cold Butter
Half tsp Salt
Half tsp Vanilla
Quarter Cup Sugar
1 Egg

*Mix, Wrap & Chill

*Preheat oven to 375. Roll out into tart pan with a removeable bottom. Poke bottom with fork. Chill. Place foil over and your baking beans/rice/beads to blind bake for 30 mins.

*Let Cool

Filling:

1 Package Cream Cheese
Half Cup Sour Cream
2 tbs Icing Sugar
Vanilla Beans

*Whip Well. Chill.

*When your crust has cooled, fill with your cream cheese filling, top with your berries and figs.

*Add toasted slivered almonds and drizzle with honey!
